The following sessions are comprised with talking therapies, including the use of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Theory (CBT) and hypnosis to help you reduce the level of stress, and start to focus on the positive changes.
Hypnotherapy is a process that we guide you to enter a state of relaxation with a focused concentration, so you can connect better with your subconscious mind and achive the solutions that you have identified for your changes.
