Hi,
I am Yung-Fang Chen and people call me Dr. Fang. I am a qualifed hypnotherpist and a Mental Health First Aider. I am associated in three professional organisations: (1) CNHC, (2) NCH, and (3) AfSFH. I follow the codes of ethics of these organisations.
I offer both in person and online hypnotherpay appointmnets. Online service is perfect for those people who are not able to meet face to facce, or prefer the comfor of seeing a therapist in their own home or a venue that they prefer.
I am also an Assistant Professor in Disaster Management and Emergency Planning.
I have started to explore the effectiveness of using Solution Focused Hypnotherpay in PDST and other mental health challenges.
Outside of my working hours, I love gardening, outdoor activities, such as open water swimming and park run. I am a music lover and a food photographer.
I have used solution focused hypnotherapy to overcome my PTSD and stress at work. I believe the approach and I would like to share this with more people.
